To access your W-2, please use the following information:

• Your Login ID is your Social Security number (without any dashes)
• For first time users, your Employee ID number is your password (located on your pay stub)
• If you do not recall your password, please click the Forgot Password link on the ePrint website.
• Gevity's employer PIN number is 1598
