Lou Baron has been with Gevity since 1995 and has over 20 years of sales and service experience. Mr. Baron has held several executive management positions at Gevity.

 

Peter Dembrowski
Regional Vice President, North East
Peter joined Gevity in 2006. He has 10 years of PEO and HR outsourcing experience, and 15 total years of sales and sales leadership positions.

 

Jonathan Hubley
Vice President, Service Delivery
Jonathan Hubley joined Gevity in 2007 and is responsible for people, processes and technology to optimize the company's service delivery model. Mr. Hubley has over 15 years of service operations leadership experience working in various roles within IBM, J. Crew Group, Scholastic Inc. and Ceridian Inc.

 

Tom Mangini
Regional Vice President, Western
Tom Mangini has nearly 20 years of experience in sales, sales management and consulting with Southwestern Bell, Lanier Worldwide and Bear Stearns. Prior to joining Gevity, Tom spent seven years in the PEO industry with Administaff where he successfully opened two branch sales offices in San Francisco as a District Manager, and he ran multiple sales offices in the Southeastern United States as a Regional Manager.

 

John Orth
Regional Vice President, Texas & Central
John Orth joined Gevity in 2007. He has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales management, including more than 12 years in the HR outsourcing field. Prior to joining Gevity, Mr. Orth served in various management and executive positions at Administaff, including Vice President of Sales.

 

Troy Reynolds
Regional Vice President, South Florida
Troy Reynolds joined Gevity in 1994 and has over 15 years of general management, sales, operations and service experience. Prior to Gevity, Mr. Reynolds served in sales, training, operations and client service capacities for United Insurance Company of America.
