John Bilello
Vice President, Finance
John Bilello joined Gevity in 2005 and is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, treasury and all general accounting functions for the company. Mr. Bilello has over 20 years of financial management experience in a variety of positions with Skillsoft Corporation, WEBMD, Toys R Us, and Ernst & Young.

 

Alejandro Figueroa
Vice President, Information Technology
Alejandro Figueroa joined Gevity in 2007. Mr. Figueroa brings more than 25 years of IT experience to the company, most recently as director of product engineering, reporting and settlement for Airline Reporting Corporation. Prior to that, he held various executive positions at PepsiCo North America and Transamerica Financial Services.

 

Bill Grenier
Vice President, Finance - Tax Programs
Bill Grenier joined Gevity in 2008 and is responsible for tax planning, forecasting and all tax related compliance functions for the company. Mr. Grenier has held various tax leadership positions throughout the past 20 years with Textron, KPMG LP and Global Signal.

 

John Hale
Vice President, Information Technology, Application Architecture and Development
John Hale joined Gevity in 1994. He has held several positions within IT and has made significant contributions to many strategic corporate initiatives. Mr. Hale currently serves as a member of Oracle's Payroll Customer Advisory Board in an advisory capacity.

 

Edwin Hightower
Vice President and General Counsel
Secretary of the Board of Directors
Edwin Hightower has been with Gevity since 2002. Mr. Hightower focuses on the company's legal and compliance affairs as Gevity's General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. He also serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors. Mr. Hightower's career leading up to Gevity included having his own solo law practice and serving as litigation counsel for Carnival Cruise Lines.

 

Meredith Johnson
Vice President and Chief People Officer
Meredith Johnson joined Gevity in 1996. Prior to her role as Chief People Officer, Mrs. Johnson was Vice President of Human Resources Services at Gevity. She has over 10 years experience in HR outsourcing and provides leadership for our HR Consultant team. Meredith is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources as well as a Certified Payroll Professional.

 

Vito Melfi
Vice President, System Operations
Vito Melfi joined Gevity in 2007, bringing a broad range of IT, operations, CRM and business development experience to the company. Before joining Gevity, Mr. Melfi held various senior leadership roles at Gartner, Mercator Software, Cendant Corporation, Dun & Bradstreet, Pepsi Cola International and the Cambridge Group.

 

Michael Mulholland
Vice President, Financial Planning, Corporate Development and Investor Relations
Michael Mulholland joined Gevity in 2008. Mr. Mulholland brings with him broad financial management experience. Most recently, he served as the CFO of Barrett Business Services, a NASDAQ-listed PEO company, a position he held for fourteen years. He has also held senior financial management positions in retail and manufacturing companies.
